The Maid Story is the first hentai game made by Cware. I think the release year is 1996 but I forgot the day. Talking about Cware, it is one of the well known company in hentai market. They are also one of the company who recently start to translate games into english. Cware hasn't release the english verison in The Maid story, they haven't set a date for this game yet.
Storyline is pretty simply in this game. You graduate from univeristy and was unemployed until a friend came and tell you about a part-time nanny job. Your so call nanny job is to train three young pretty girls into a perfect maid. You will spend the next three month in a high class house and train them into good maid. In day time, you will train them the basic job of a maid, like cleaning, cooking...etc. In night time, you will have fun with one of them (your choice) and train her into a sex mechine or talk to a girl and give her gift to make her like you. Your ending will be depend on how you treat the girl and one of them might become your lover.
Rating
Graphic - 8/10 - Even though it is a game in 1996, but the graphic is still great. Compare to my last review, Devil Dead, I like the characters in this game much better. They use high bit 16 color and the girls are much cuter then Devil Dead.
Music - 5/10 - The one I play doesn't has music, so I don't even know much about it.
Storyline - 5/10 - Nothing much happen except training, and it become pretty boring in long term. Your boss will come once a month and check on the maids.
Gameplay - 7/10 - Like I say before, it will be fun to play for awhile but in long term it will be so boring. Your daily basic is to train the girls and the gameplay is like Muku 2.
Overall - 7/10 - It's fun to play for awhile but doen't really interest me much with a very boring story line.
