PALETTE is another great game by the Fairy Tale of F&C. Fairy Tale of F&C is perhaps most well known by their Virtual Call series. The game that I would think every true "H"game has played before. However, personally I never liked Virtual Call series, but when I first started out playing this game, I was really surprised. I think this game has very cool graphics and awesome story lines. Plus a high replay value on the game. And I really felt connected with the story line, plus the pictures in this game is just amazing good.
In the story of this game there are 4+2 very important girls around you. Why do I say "+2"? Because one of them is your older sister (Chiharu) and the other one is a only a kid (Komugi).
The other four are: Meguri & Midori, They are your childhood friends, you guys have been know each other for a very long time. (P.S. I really like Meguri in this game ^_^) Tamao, She is your younger cousin who looks up to you as a older brother. (And she likes you) Mizuki, A kind hearted girl, who you will get to meet through your sister.
This game is like the famous game "Nanpa (doukyusei)" where you have to go talk to the girls and take them out from time to time to build up their feelings toward you. In the end of the game you can chose any of the four girls as your girlfriend; And if that girl doesn't have enough feeling for you, then you will have be along all by yourself. (enough said, you got to figure out the rest by play the game yourself).
Music: 8.5/10 The music in this game is very nice; the only reason that I gave it a 8.5 instead of 10 is because there are only 5 songs in the whole game. I was really expecting a lot more music from games like this.
Graphics: 10/10 I don't give out 10 /10 very often but this game really earn it. with 16 million color and nice details. This is the exact quality I expect from game CGs. Well done indeed!!
Story: 9/10 The story lines are very nice, I really like it and enjoy it. However, for someone that has problem reading Japanese it could be a pain!
Overall: 9/10 This is a great game. I think this is the kinda of game that one would recommend to their friends. (If they know Japanese, of course ^_^)
