 Problems During Playing or Running Game (202.146.253.15)
Hello, i make this threads is to discuss problems during playing or running H-game, like i encountered lately
in my case i couldn't run Izumo or Wind of Ebenbourg...??? why???? anyone know how to deal with this???
please reply!

I screwed up Kanon once by changing CD's (or was it NJStar?) during the game. Or was it trying to replace a file while the game is running?
Stupid, stupid move.
Oh yeah H(ecchi), just be glad that you have any e.go! games, I wanna play ~.~...
P.S. Unless you have NJStar and/or JWIN, then don't complain about this, try getting the above (first NJStar and see if it works) then...if all else fails...I hope your Nihongo level is good, because you will use JWIN to play all these kinds of stuff...

uummm...... i used japan windows to run all of my game, since i don't have any problems at all with japanese!
yuki no tokeru koro ni, nee.....
i think i'll got it in my hand somewhere in these week ^^
i think the problems is at the autorun program at the GameCD
doushiiyooooooo..... T_T

Can you make an image file of the CD and send it to me? I wanna try the game...

I can't run dragon knight 4 for some reason and the site that teaches you how to config is gone
all i can do is play with the anx emulator

Well, if you have an official copy of Izumo or Wind of Ebenberg, playing those games shouldn't be a problem (unless you have an old CD drive)... My natural assumption is that you have a copy downloaded from the newsgroups or somewhere, but let's just assume that you have bought the original game...
Both games have a disc-check copy protection scheme:
Izumo uses Safedisc v2.51.020
Wind of Ebenberg uses Safedisc v2.60.052
Nowadays most H-Games are including some type of copy protection. F&C, Leaf, Studio e.go!, etc...
There just might be a program called Safedisc cleaner by bOOls eYe. Fortunately these two games don't use any higher versions of Safedisc, or you might be out of luck. Recent games like Aikagi by F&C use Safedisc 2.70.030 which isn't supported by that cleaner program.
*This is meant for non-piracy uses, in the case that you are using a backup (to avoid scratching your official copy) or in case your CD drive doesn't read these CDs correctly.*

If u want to run some/all/most of the japanese game. just install 2k/xp with jap support an it will work. im doin it rite now an none of the game i have is givin me any error

i cant! it seems that you need the autorun program to run the game....
my friends give me a solution, that it'll need a brand new patch file of the exe programs! but where can i find those kinda thing!
but instead! Aikagi is working just fine in my computer! without any problems!

ecchi those two game have safedisc 2.8 a new program that check the cd if it the orginal..
if u used daemons tool ur able to bypass it..but u cant burn it unless it a 1-to-1 copy.

to ccleaf! indeed i download the Izumo and Wind of Ebenbourg!
but it just because of my curiosity about rumours that spreading around my friends that saying Izumo can't be run! so i try it!
don't worry i have the original! ^^
........ though it has cost me fortune! T__T
